All clients complete a Client Information Form before any investment is made.

This allows us to assess suitability, carry out the necessary regulatory checks and fulfil our Anti Money Laundering obligations. This process is thorough but straightforward, and our team guides you through it at every stage.

Once onboarded, we present the opportunities that are currently available and most relevant to your objectives.

Each opportunity is accompanied by full documentation setting out the terms, the

security in place, the use of funds and the expected returns.

If you choose to proceed, your capital is transferred directly into an FCA regulated Escrow Account held by a third party. PortMason does not hold client funds at any point. Your money is protected and ringfenced until the conditions of the arrangement are satisfied.

Throughout the life of your investment, our team remains available to answer questions, provide updates and support any changes to your position. We maintain regular communication and ensure you always have a clear picture of where your investment stands.
